Yog Margam 1 – 2026

As we embark on our journey of Yog Sopanam we have certain milestones along the way to help keep us inspired for the practice.

Margam 1 is an important milestone where the student achieves proficiency in the Ashtanga yoga Primary series and has spent a significant amount of time understanding the cardinal Philosophies of Yoga through the study of Patanjali Yoga sutra and Bhagawat Gita.

It takes a few years of dedication, discipline and commitment to reach this milestone. We invite you to take this challenge for your own evolution in every aspect of your being.

The entire training will be group focused and classes will be taught by Dr. Hetal Nayak

Who is eligible :

Those who can bind in Marichyasana C
Those Who will complete 200hrs TTC by September 2025
